The five additional judges appointed to the High Court of Karnataka were administered the oath of office by Governor Vajubhai Vala at the Raj Bhavan in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The five judges namely Siddappa Sunil Dutt Yadav, Bhotan Hosur Mallikarjuna Shyam Prasad, Dixit Krishna Shripad, Shankar Ganapathi Pandit and Ramakrishna Devadas will assume their judicial duties from Thursday.
