Congress MLA Anand Singh (Vijayanagar) has approached the special court for trial of criminal cases against elected representatives, filing additional objections against the bail application of Kampli MLA J N Ganesh.
Singh approached the court after the publication of reports in some media that Ganesh was missing from judicial custody and the jail’s hospital.
However, Singh has not served a copy of his additional objections to the petitioner’s advocate. Following this, the court has adjourned the hearing of the case to March 25.
