After hearing a petition by the People’s Union for Civil Liberties- Karnataka, the Bench constituted the panel comprising Saraswathi, writer and activist; Dorairaj, former Joint director, Collegiate Education; Dr Jogan Shankar, Professor, Department of Sociology, Bangalore University; S K Kantha, Ambanna Aroli, Trade Union Leader, Raichur; Halakatti, President, Pourakarmika Sangha BBMP, Member Secretary, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, M N Thippeswamy, Engineer in Chief, BWS and DB.
