The petitioner M V Srinivas, resident of Madikeri had moved the High Court stating that he was recruited as a contract employee and sought directions to appoint him as an engineer during the recently called recruitment process.
Justice Reddy dismissed the petition stating that right for job is not a mandatory as per the Constitution of India and there cannot be any back door entry for recruitment.
