JD(S) State President H D Kumaraswamy has demanded that the State government should bring out a white paper on Global Investors’ Meet held in 2010 before the second edition of GIM slated for June 7 and 8.

Speaking to media, he said the government has failed to implement memorandums of understanding signed with private companies in 2010. The private sector has not come forward to invest because of the collapse in administration in the State, he alleged.

Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani has been claiming that more than 60 per cent of projects approved in GIM 2010 are being implemented while only six per cent of the projects are being implemented. People should know the truth, he said, adding that a white paper should be brought out.

‘Dismiss govt’

He said Governor H R Bhardwaj should dismiss the State government following State BJP president K S Eshwarappa’s admission that the party came to power using money and caste. There is no need for any evidence when the party chief himself has admitted that the government came to power by devious means, he added.
