The CMC officials have appealed to the people residing in elevated areas of Indira Nagar, Chamundeshwari Nagar and other surrounding areas to move to safer locations, following the forecast of heavy rainfall on May 14 and 15.
CMC Commissioner Ramdas said that all families residing in sloppy areas, elevated areas and near huge trees, should temporarily shift to safer places.
