A few girls of Indavara Dodda Siddalinge Gowda Government College staged a protest against the denial of permission to enter classrooms wearing headscarves on Saturday.
They sought separate arrangements in the auditorium to appear for practical exams. They did not pay heed to persuasion to remove the hijab.
