Citizen's Council will organise condolence meet in honour of the former Defence Minister George Fernandes, at T V Raman Pai Convention Center in Kodialbail, Mangaluru on February 2 at 5 pm.
Addressing reporters in Mangaluru on Friday, Citizen's Council Mangaluru chapter president Chidananda Kedilaya said that Fernandes is a proud son of Mangaluru who fought for the cause of common people and later rose to the position of Defence Minister.
Association treasurer Gautam Pai, office-bearers Gladwin D'Silva and Rajesh were present in the press meet.
