Defence Research and Development Organisation Director General Dr V K Saraswat who designed the indigenous missiles Prithvi-1 and2; Pejawar seer Vishweshatheertha for his contribution to education and social service; Supreme Court judge Justice Dalveer Bhandari; Dr Niloufer Adil Kazmi, Jindal Aluminium Company Head Dr Seetaram Jindal and Harikatha artiste Lakshman Das will be conferred the degree at the convocation to be held on December 4.
