Shivakumar was reacting to the BJP’s decision on expelling MLAs S T Somashekar and Shivaram Hebbar.

“Somashekar and Hebbar did not rape anybody in Vidhana Soudha. There are so many FIRs. There was an attempt to infect the Leader of the Opposition with AIDS and trap (former chief minister) B S Yediyurappa,” Shivakumar said, without naming Munirathna.

BJP state president B Y Vijayendra said, “Shivakumar need not feel bad. Somashekar and Hebbar are aware of the anti-party activities they committed. Even our central leadership knows about it.”
