The arrested are identified as Hasainar (39), a resident of Mangalpady, K A Rafeeq (31) from B C Road, Vidyanagar, P Manoj (42) and V Gangadhara (32) from Kumble (all from Kasargod district).
Sources said that the NDC-CID team had been watching the movements of the accused for the past one month.
The team zeroed in and arrested all the four through a secret operation where cops went to the spot posing as drug peddlers.
The team also confiscated a car, four mobile handsets and cash about Rs 2,000 from the accused. NDC-CID Inspector C A Simon led the team which includes Head Constable Krishna, constables Vasanth, Harish Padavinangadi, Ashoka and Naveen Kumar.
