I-T dept searches Cong MLA Shivanna's home, office

Anekal Congress MLA Shivanna

Sleuths from the Income Tax department on Monday searched the office and residence of Congress' Anekal MLA Shivanna.

Shivanna was among the 218 candidates chosen by the Congress to contest the state Assembly polls scheduled for May 12.

The Congress has kept candidates on five seats pending.
