“Our party State president is our leader,” he added.
On his maiden visit to the villages in Dharwad taluk after becoming the minister, he said, the party is gaining popularity because of its principles, and not because of the work of a particular worker. Hence, all the active workers in the party are the leaders, he added.
When asked about any future changes in the Cabinet, Shettar said, “I have appealed to the high command to induct six more ministers into the Cabinet on seniority basis.”
