The Udupi District Principal and Pocso Special Court extended the judicial custody of journalist Chandra K Hemmadi, who is facing charges of sexually assaulting children, up to January 11.
He was produced before the court after his judicial custody ended on December 31.
There are 21 cases registered against him under Pocso Act at Baindoor, Gangolli, Kundapur and Kollur stations, a police source said.
