Revenue Minister Kagodu Thimmappa, who is also the district incharge Minister, said on Monday that he had submitted an application seeking the Congress ticket from Sagar seat for the forthcoming Assembly polls.
Speaking to mediapersons here, he said he was also one of the aspirants for the party ticket from Sagar. But he admitted that winning the poll would be an uphill task in the current political situation.
