Two caution boards in Kannada installed by the Public Works Department near Kangrali B K and Kadoli village road in Belagavi taluk were blackened by unidentified persons. The incident came to light on Saturday. A few Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES) members are believed to have indulged in the act.
