Chitradurga: Three persons, hailing from Tamil Nadu, died and five sustained injuries after the vehicle they were travelling crashed into the road divider near Seebara, close to Chitradurga, on Thursday morning. Three of the five injured are stated to be in critical condition.
The accident occured as one of the tyres of Toyota Innova they were travelling burst and the driver lost control over the vehicle. The deceased have been identified as Arjun (35), Sharan (28) and Sridhar (28). All hailed from Krishnagiri district in Tamil Nadu.
Superintendent of Police Ranjith Kumar Bandaru visited the spot. Chitradurga Rural Police have registered a case.
