Bengaluru: The Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation (KMDC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates from religious minorities (except Christians) for loans/financial assistance under various schemes for 2025-26.

The schemes include Shrama Shakti/subsidy, incentive for silk reeling industry, taxi/goods vehicle purchase subsidy, vocational encouragement loan/subsidy, Santhwana, foreign/overseas education loan for higher studies abroad, and direct loans for business/entrepreneurial purposes. 

Applicants must belong to a religious minority community and be a permanent resident of Karnataka for a minimum of 15 years. Those who have already availed themselves of benefits from the corporation in the past will not be eligible to do so again. 

Interested candidates can apply through https://kmdconline.karnataka.gov.in by October 16 along with a copy of the application and with necessary documents, that must also be submitted to the corporation’s office by October 10, the KMDC said in a press release.
