Bengaluru: The state government appointed retired IPS officer Ashit Mohan Prasad as the Chief Information Commissioner on Thursday.
The government also appointed seven Information Commissioners.
Senior journalists Rudranna Harthikote, Rajashekara S, Badruddin K are the new Information Commissioners along with Raman K, Dr Harish Kumar and retired IAS officer Mamatha BR.
