Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is set to present the state Budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal on Friday. In his record 16th Budget, Siddaramaiah is expected to present an outlay of nearly Rs 4 lakh crore as he will look to provide for infrastructure creation by stabilising expenditure on the 'guarantee' schemes.
The CM is also likely to announce resource mobilisation measures. Bengaluru may get a fiscal bonanza of up to Rs 5,000 crore. The Budget speech will start at 10.15 am.
