Sagar: One more incident of a second PU student being asked to remove 'janivara' during CET held at a government PU college in Sagar has come to light.

According to sources, police asked Partha S Rao to remove 'Janivara' before entering the CET examination hall. After the exam, it was cut and dumped in the dustbin. However, Partha had not told his parents about the incident.

When he realised that other students too had faced such situation, he shared it with parents. Following it, Sreenivas, father of Partha, lodged a complaint at Sagar police station.

Reacting to it, DC Gurudatta Hegde said CCTV footage had not shown this. However, an inquiry had been ordered into the alleged incident.
