Shivamogga: Tension prevailed for a while when the coaches and engine of the Mysuru-Talaguppa Express train got separated on the bridge constructed across the River Tunga on Wednesday.
According to sources, some coaches were halted on the bridge while others remained near the railway crossing at Malleshwaranagar.
Noticing it, the loco pilot stopped the train and alerted the staff. They immediately rushed to the spot and solved the issue. Later, the train left for Mysuru.
VB halted over glitch
The Vande Bharat train, plying between Bengaluru and Dharwad, was halted for 45 minutes near Davangere on Wednesday due to a technical glitch.
