Belagavi: The Karnataka government has declared a three-day mourning over the death of former chief minister S M Krishna, whose last rites will be done with full state honours.

From December 10 to 12, there won’t be any official entertainment programmes. The Tricolour on all public buildings will be flown at half-mast, according to a notification issued by the protocol wing of the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms.

Krishna’s last rites will be performed on Wednesday at his Somanahalli village in Mandya.
