Arsikere (Hassan district): Upset over getting "less marks" in the II PUC exams, a student reportedly ended his life by hanging in Arsikere taluk of Hassan district on Tuesday.
The deceased is Manoj (18), a student of Ananth International PU School in Arsikere town. According to family members, he had expected more marks in the exam. He was upset over getting 474 marks and might have taken the extreme step, it is said.
His father Prakash and mother were not at home, when he took the extreme step.
