Karnataka woman drowns her two children and dies by suicide

Ramdurg: A woman who had come to graze sheep at Sidnal village in Ramdurg taluk murdered her two children by drowning them in well and dies by suicide by plunging in the same well on Tuesday.

Woman has been identified as Laxmi Mallikarjun Goudappagol (24) and her daughter Halavva (3) and son Halappa (1) residents of Benchanmaradi village in Gokak taluk. F

Family members were grazing sheep at different villages in Ramdurg taluk. Laxmi had returned home due to health problems and had come back to Sidnal as per instructions of husband.

However, she later murdered her children and ended her life too.

Katkol police are investigating the reason behind the incident.
