Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will introduce a new Volvo bus service from Bengaluru to Nilakkal (Pampa-Sabarimala) for the convenience of devotees visiting the hill temple in Kerala's Pathanamthitta district.

The service will start on December 1 and the fare will be Rs 1,600. The bus will depart from the Shanthinagar Bus Station at 1.50 pm and reach Nilakkal (Pampa-Sabarimala) at 6.45 am the next day. 

In the return direction, the bus will leave Nilakkal (Pampa-Sabarimala) at 6 pm to reach Bengaluru at 10 am, the KSRTC said in a statement.
