Amba Vilas Palace which had once played a host to Swami Vivekananda, will make a history again providing a platform to recall the golden moments.
A public meet has been organised on the palace premises on Sunday at 6.10 pm to pay tribute to the visit of the Swami to the palace as part of 150th birth anniversary celebrations.
Spiritual meet
Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama Mysore has organised the programme in association with the district administration on account of ongoing Indian Spiritual Meet.
Chief guests
Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda is among the chief guests.
The programme wil be followed by a laser show on the Swami Vivekananda’s visit to the city, at palace premises at 8.30 pm.
