Hanur: A leopard's carcass was found at Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary limits, by the Forest department personnel on patrol, on Monday. The leopard might be around five years and died two days ago, according to Forest department officials.

The carcass was spotted by the team, at Mekedatu forest area, of Hanur wildlife range. It is suspected that the leopard might have died due to paralysis of the portion of the body. The exact details of the death is yet to be ascertained.
