"Let Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar write a letter to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over the sharing of Mahadayi water for drinking water purpose.

Then, we will convince theCongress leaders in Goa in this regard," KPCC president G Parameshwara told reporters here on Thursday.

Accusing the BJP of double standards on the drinking water issue,Parameshwara said the BJP government inGoa on one occasion, spoke of sharing the river water and on the other occasion, refused to share the water.

The KPCC president said there was nothing wrong in Siddaramaiah aspring to be chief minister again.

"However, the final decision will be taken by the CLP (Congress legislature party)."

BJP is conspiring to win the elections (state) by rigging theEVMs, the KPCC president said.

"A memorandum will be submitted to the Election Commission to check the misuse of EVMs in the coming elections," he added.
