A man suffered serious injuries when lightning struck him, while he was taking a bath, in Somwarpet.
The injured is Dharmappa, a resident of Shanthalli.
He was rushed to a government hospital in Somwarpet.
After giving him first aid, he was shifted to a district hospital in Madikeri.
