Housing and Urban Development Minister U T Khader said that managing directors will be appointed for the effective implementation of development works under Smart Cities Mission soon.
Speaking to the media, here on Wednesday, he said the government has issued 1,962 notices to realtors for developing residential plots across the state, without approval.
Only 200 realtors had submitted the required documents. As many as 500 developers have sought approvals. But 962 realtors have not responded to the notices, the minister added.
