Addressing the election campaign rally in Tumakuru, Narendra Modi had alleged, The Centre has sanctioned Rs 14,000 crore for the Smart Cities project in the state. But the Congress government has failed to utilise the funds effectively. The ministers are busy filling their pockets, he charged.
