Addressing a news conference on Tuesday, Council Welcome Committee President M S M Rasheed said that General Secretary of All India Milli Council Dr Mohammed Manzur will deliver the keynote address during the programme while Secretary of All India Milli Council Hazarath Moulana Shah Qadri Syed Mustafa Rifai Jeelani Nadvi, MLA U T Khader, Janab Sulaiman Khan General Secretary of All India Milli Council Karnataka will be the chief guests. Vice President of All India Hazarath Moulana Mohammed Ashraf Ali Baqvi wil preside over the function.
