The petitioners, C N Mohan Kumar and others moved the High Court saying that four persons Chandramma, Venkatesh, Prakash and M C Byra Reddy have diverted the funds of NREGS to construct school compounds and drainage works using machinery, thereby amounting to misappropriation of funds.
The Court which heard the matter has directed the ZP CEO to findout about misappropriation of funds and initiate action against them.
