MLA gets extortion calls for second day

Kundapur MLA Halady Srinivas Shetty received extortion calls for the second consecutive day on Tuesday.

Shetty told Deccan Herald that he had been receiving the calls at around 12.30 pm for two consecutive days. He received two calls on Tuesday was from the same number as that of the previous day. He said that he would not indulge in any illegal act as he does not fear for his life. He would not succumb to the pressure and pay up the money, he said.
