Shreyas Ananth Nayak has emerged second in the State in the science stream and the topper in Mysore.
A student of Marimallappa’s PU College, he is the son of bank manager Ananth Sreenivasa Nayak and homemaker Akshata. Speaking to Deccan Herald, Shreyas said he plans to pursue engineering in electronics and communication.
Manasa S topped the district in arts. Manasa’s mother is a homemaker and father Shankara N is a lorry driver.
Manasa said she studied on her own to secure the maximum marks. Similarly, Aishwarya Rao secured 576/600 in commerce. Her father, Lakshman Rao, runs a photocopy shop.
