Nemoda Boolya' Tulu film to hit screens on Sept 22

Tulu film ‘Nemoda Boolya’, based on the life of Parati Mangane, a character related to the Demi-God Worship and depicted in Tulu Paddana, will be released in various screens in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi.

Director B K Gangadhar Kirodian said on Tuesday that the story is based on a real incident of Bettampadi in Puttur, 200 years ago. The film was shot in various locations of the costal disrtrict, and caters to all types of audience, he added.

Chandrashekhar Mada has produced the film. Kirodian has also written the story, script and dialogues. V Manohar has provided the score and there are six songs in the film. The film will be released at BigCinemas, PVR, Cinepolis in Mangaluru, Diana in Udupi, Amarashree in Moodbidri and Aruna in Puttur.

Preetham Shetty, Rajani, Pradeep Chandra, Manohar Vittal, Ramesh Bat, Mandya Ramesh, Jayasheela Maroli, Veena Jayanth and others are in the cast.
