Kaiga: The fifth and sixth nuclear reactors set to be installed at the Kaiga Atomic Power Station are likely to start generating power by 2030, confirmed Nuclear Power Commission of India Limited’s Kaiga division director B Vinodkumar.
“We have initiated the process to obtain the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board’s nod to commence work on concretising the sites. This process is likely to be completed by November,” he added.
