A day after accusing Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa of interfering with the affairs of his Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, minister K S Eshwarappa said that there was no discontent between him and the chief minister and that he only highlighted issues pertaining to his department in a letter to Governor.

Speaking to reporters here on Thursday, Eshwarappa clarified that he had not complained against the chief minister to the Governor.

"There's no question of discontent or dissatisfaction. I only discussed administrative matters pertaining to my department with the Governor. If need be I will go to Delhi. There is no need to give importance to it," Eshwarappa said.
