The committee comprising ministers S Suresh Kumar, A Narayanswamy and Raju Gowda took the decision and those found guilty will be punished with a fine and three years imprisonment.
The Reservation Bill will be amended and placed before the House in the next legislature session, said Narayanswamy, while speaking to reporters.
