Mandya: In tha wake of Indian attack on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, the Karnataka government is following all the directions issued by the Union Government and mock drills conducted, said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

He was speaking to reporters at the helipad near Coffee Day, at Gejjalagere, before taking part in various programmes in Mandya district, on Thursday. 

"The state is on full alert in the wake of safety of dams in the region. All precautions have been taken as anything might happen anywhere, anytime," the CM said. 

Pujas at temples

Special pujas are being conducted at all the Muzrai temples, after Minister Ramalingareddy held discussion with him in this regard, Siddaramaiah said. 

Pakistan citizens

To a query on the BJPs allegations that Pakistan nationals have not been deported, Siddaramaiah said, except a few in Mysuru, who have approached the Court, most of them have been deported.

"I have no information on the number of people yet to leave," he said.
