Paras Aerospace, a subsidiary of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited, has announced that it will shortly unveil an indigenously developed affordable multi-spectral camera for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for applications in agriculture, urban development and forest survey.
The company, which participated in Aero India 2021, wants to reduce the cost of this critical component in drones to less than Rs 3 lakh per unit.
Currently, UAVs with high-end multi-spectral cameras of international make are priced at Rs 15 lakh and above.
