Mysuru: The Mysuru Cinema Society (MCS) is organising the 4th edition of its international film festival 'Paridrishya' from February 6 to 8 at Mukthagangotri, campus of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) on Hunsur Road, in Mysuru.
“Short films and documentaries are invited for the festival under students and professionals category. Films shot after January 1, 2024, can be sent for the festival. The duration for short films should be from 1 to 40 minutes, and the duration of documentaries should be from 1 to 20 minutes,” MCS secretary Padmavathi S Bhatshe said at a press conference, in Mysuru, on Monday.
“The awards will be given for best short film, director, actor, actress, cinematography, screenplay, sound mixing and other categories. The last date to send the films is September 30, 2025. For more information, the participants can contact mobile numbers 99805 96824 or 98804 35175,” she said.
