Parivarthana rally in Mandya today

The BJP's Parivarthana rally, led by party state president B S Yeddyurappa, will reach Mandya district on Friday. The rally will be conducted across the district for two days and Yeddyurappa will address the people in all taluk headquarters.

Yeddyurappa will begin the rally from Kolli Circle in Maddur town at 10 am and will speak at a public meeting. More than 30,000 people are expected to attend the meeting, organised at the Silver Jubilee Park in Mandya city. Union Ministers D V Sadananda Gowda and Ananth Kumar, leaders R Ashok, C T Ravi, Shobha Karandlaje, MP Pratap Simha, Tejaswini Ramesh Gowda and others will attend. All arrangements are being supervised by BJP city president H R Aravind.

Yeddyurappa will also open the new BJP office at Subhash Nagar at 12 noon and interact with the party workers. He will visit Nagamangala at 3 pm and address people near Sri Ranga Talkies at KR Pet at 5 pm and stay overnight there.

On Saturday (January 20), he will address the people at Pandavapura town at 10 am. Later, he will visit Srirangapatna and attend a programme in Malavalli at 3 pm.

He will leave for Chamarajanagar in the evening and stay overnight at Male Mahadeshwara Hill, according to party sources.
