Person killed in roof collapse at Ramdurg in Karnataka

Ramdurg: A person was killed after roof of a house which had become fragile due to rains collapsed at Ningapur Pete in the town in the early hours of Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Vamanrao Bapu Pawar (75). The incident took place at about 4.11 am.

Fire and Emergency Services personnel removed the body from the rubble.

Ramdurg police have registered a case.
