Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Monday adjourned the hearing on a petition, filed by former chief minister B S Yediyurappa challenging the case registered against him under the provisions Pocso Act, to December 6.
Justice M Nagaprasanna also extended the interim order granting exemption from personal appearance to Yeddiyurappa till the next date of hearing.
The complaint alleged that Yeddiyurappa had sexually harassed the 17-year-old daughter of the complainant woman on February 2, 2024.
