RTPS at Shakthinagar, Raichur.
Power generation was temporarily suspended at three units of Raichur Thermal Power Station (RTPS) on Wednesday following a dip in demand.
At present, power is being generated at hydro-electric power stations following heavy rain at some places in the state.
Hence, the power generation has been suspended at 210 MW capacity third, sixth and seventh units of RTPS.
The other units are generating 800 MW of power, the RTPS officials have said.
