Prove cases are closed: HDK

Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy on Thursday challenged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to prove that cases against him were closed, by providing documents.

He was speaking to reporters at the airport here.

Police have said that Marigowda is a habitual offender, while Siddaramaiah is also an accused in all cases against Marigowda, he said.

Eight MLAs suspended from JD(S) would not be brought back to the party. Discussions had begun on making senior JD(S) MLC Basavaraj Horatti the chairman of the Legislative Council and a final decision would be taken in the next session of the legislature, he said.
