AICC President Rahul Gandhi challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to a public debate on the Rafale deal if "he has the guts and a 56-inch chest".

He addressed a Congress rally at Bidar on Monday.

"I challenge him to a public debate. He won’t last a second, because he has stolen from India," Rahul Gandhi alleged.

"Modi is not the PM of India, but of 15-20 rich industrialists," the Congress president added.

"If Congress comes to power, then the Gabbar Singh Tax will be changed into GST which will be an ordinary, single tax that will keep money in people’s pockets.

"As we had promised, Congress came to power in Karnataka and waived ₹31,000 crore farm loans," Rahul added.
