The Cabinet has finally passed the model sales agreement under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, after two years.
The model sales agreement will ensure uniformity across all agreements. Beginning from car parking space to the down payment for a house and payment of damages, it will be a binding document for both the builders and buyers.
